To create fettuccine, pasta dough is rolled flat and cut into ribbons, a pretty description for this strip pasta. It’s more narrow than other flat pasta, such as tagliatelle.

We use Organic Durum Semolina (Titricum Durum) for this fettuccine. Durum is a hard wheat which derives its ‘al dente’ qualities from its high protein and gluten content.

Certified Organic Ingredients: Durum Semolina, Cake Flour, Organic Eggs, Filtered Water, Turmeric.


Preparation Instructions: Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add pasta, gently stir with a wooden spoon and let simmer for about 4 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss it with your favourite sauce and serve.
