Bookings Terms and Conditions


Please be advised that if you are running late for your reservation we will only hold your table for 15 minute period unless otherwise advised. We kindly ask that you emphasise with your guests the importance of arriving at Marco’s on Albert at your agreed arrival time so you can enjoy your dining experience within your allocated time period.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you have received an email from our online bookings system. This confirmation will be sent either by an SMS or emailed to your nominated address or mobile number. Upon receiving this confirmation you will be required to follow the links and then confirm the details through our booking portal.  Please note if you have not received this confirmation your booking is not confirmed in our system nor is it a tentative booking.


Your deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day. Please be aware we do not split bills for large groups. Deposits will not be refunded if the restaurant receives less than 7 day’s notice of cancellation.


Outstanding Amounts
Any outstanding amounts that have not been settled & paid at the completion of your booking will be charged by us to the credit card provided by you and held on file.


Final Numbers
For group bookings which have selected set menus we require your final numbers are required 7 days in advance; if we are notified of a decrease in numbers up until 24hrs prior to your booking a 50% charge will apply per person. Cancelled numbers within a 24hr period will be charged at full price of the selected menu charge per person.


Should the restaurant receive cancellation of the groups booking less then 24 hours notice of arrival full cancellation of the package price by the amount of guests confirmed will apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.


Seating Requests
All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Please be aware for groups that are over 10 people, you may be seated across two tables side by side and or adjacent.

Deck Area

The Deck Area can not be guaranteed to groups with exclusive use.  Any exclusive arrangement must be discussed prior with Marco's management directly or the Functions department from the Wagga Country Club.  


Larger Groups: (12 guests or more)
An alternate drop menu may be required for groups over 12 guests and will need to be discussed at the time of booking. All reservations with 15 or more guests may be requested for full food payment along with your final guest numbers 24 hours in advance unless otherwise arranged with the team at Marco's or through WWCC.

Payments and Billing

Unfortunately, we can not split bills for bookings, we appreciate you respect this position as to avoid disappointment on the day of your reservation.

Set Menus

Marcos has available  a shared menu, set menu and al la carte option.  This must be arranged with team Marcos 14 days prior to your event and finalised 7 days before the booking date.

Beverage Packages
Beverage package options are available through the WWCC functions co-ordinator directly.

By law, management reserves the right to cease serving alcohol should a patron show signs of intoxication.



If you wish to supply your own cake a $3 per person cakeage charge will apply to all persons in the booking. This will be added to your bill at at the time of payment.
